About Centretown Citizens Ottawa Corporation

Centretown Citizens Ottawa Corporation (CCOC) is a private non-profit housing organization whose mission is to create, maintain and promote housing for low and moderate income people. Founded in 1974, CCOC currently operates over 50 properties in Ottawa’s downtown neighbourhoods.

Cahdco is CCOC’s development corporation, established in 1996 to provide development consulting to non-profit organizations. Cahdco is currently delivering the Toolbox+ by Cahdco, a national capacity building program for non-profit housing development.
